Enjeux et mission : 

Muter les usines C&K vers le digital 4.0 sous 3 ans. Utiliser cette transformation comme levier de croissance en accentuant l’avance technologique de nos outils et de nos processus pour mieux satisfaire nos clients et gagner en productivité.

Votre mission est de coordonner le projet « Usine Digitale » au sein de C&K.

Ce projet a pour objectifs la définition puis la mise en place d’une architecture informatique et des applications nécessaires qui permettent l’intégration totale et transparente de l’ensemble des processus et des équipements ainsi que la dématérialisation des documents.

Pour ce faire, vous aurez à identifier les besoins auprès des différents services, à écrire les cahiers des charges, à sélectionner les applications adéquates, à sélectionner les fournisseurs en collaboration avec le service IT puis à veiller à la bonne exécution du projet.

Il s’agit de structurer 70 applications informatiques existantes afin d’intégrer un parc de 80 machines (assemblage, découpe, moulage, galvanoplastie, outillage) et 17 processus industriels majeurs.

Le poste est basé à Dole (39) siège social de l’Europe qui héberge l’usine de production grande série automatique. Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer dans les différentes entités du groupe en Chine et aux Etats Unis.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director of Global Channel Sales, the Distribution Key Account Manager is responsible to grow revenue, POS, Customer count, SKU count and market share in their respective accounts


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement and execute the growth strategy for assigned accounts.

Position Overview:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Development Engineer II sought by C&K Components, LLC, company involved in development of high quality electro-mechanical switches, to perform 3D component, assembly conceptual, and detail designed projects. Develop concepts, quotes, and design proposals for new products. Provide technical leadership to New Product cross-functional development teams. Analyze design concepts using computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools such as Finite Element Analysis.

The Associate Product Manager (APM) is responsible for supporting the Global Product Managers (GPM) with the day to day workload of managing their products lines. In particular they will be responsible for handling Special Pricing requests for products managed in their region, scoring Gate Zeros for the products managed in their region (including GSS), and acting as the link between the Project Manager/Engineering team and the Global Product Managers (GPM) on these projects. The Associate Product Manager will also provide technical support and cross reference assistance to C&K’s distribution partners and C&K Sales teams.

Critically the APM positons will free up the GPM’s time, allowing them to focus on developing and securing C&K’s future product portfolio by identifying and creating profitable NPI (new Product introductions), helping sales to promote these products to customers and working more closely with the GSS team and C&K’s in house Engineering team to drive product sourcing and development to meet the market’s needs.

 

The APM role in more detail:

  • Manage Special Pricing Requests from Sales
  • Take ownership of the special pricing requests for the existing products managed in their region. These Special price requests will be generated through CPQ (new pricing system going live in July 2019), and will route to the APM for approval (to within certain margin approval criteria).
  • Liaise with the GPM, to determine the correct price to quote, and then provide quick pricing to Sales so they can quote and win these opportunities.
  • In the case of the pricing request being rejected (E.g. target price unachievable), clear explanation of reason and suggested competitive alternatives to be provided if available.

 

  • Gate Zero Process for new projects (including GSS requests)
  • Liaise with the GPM to complete and score incoming gate zero forms and where necessary discus with the TSM and Engineering teams to ensure new projects are correctly scored and where approved entered into the system.
  • Provide clear feedback to the TSM in the case of a gate 0 not being approved, including recommendations of under what circumstances or criteria this project would be accepted.

 

  • Tech Support of Distributors, & C&K Sales Teams
    • Provide technical support to the C&K’s distributors and our own sales teams. This may include (but is not limited to) cross referring competitors products, liaising with Engineering to provide detailed technical answers about product specification, advice on suitability of product for specific applications and process capabilities.
    • Provide additional technical and product support to the TSMs and Sales Teams as required.

  • Manage the day to day PCN/PDN activity
    • In accordance with the GPM’s strategy prepare initial drafts of PCN and PDNs for products, and provide the GPM’s with sales data and distributor inventory details so these can be shared with Sales before the PDN is issued.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director of Global Channel Sales, the Distribution Key Account Manager is responsible to grow revenue, POS, Customer count, SKU count and market share in their respective accounts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement and execute the growth strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand C&K’s offering at assigned accounts through joint analysis of product stocking gaps and competitive swap opportunities for all switch product types
    • Recommend new products to distribution to grow sales
    • Recommend pricing that will maximize sales and margin
    • Recommend new product offerings to C&K
  • Develop, implement and execute growth initiatives and targeted sales campaigns for each account. The initiatives should be formally documented to include the scope, expected results, execution plans and success measures.
  • Drive product specific business plans coordinated with the Global Product Management team to promote focus product lines through the channel.
  • Execute the monthly and quarterly business review processes at all accounts as prescribed by Director of Global Channel Sales to measure progress and set key actions for future quarters
  • Abide and enforce contractual agreements for assigned accounts
  • Communicate all aspects of account strategy to the Executive, Regional, Sales and Rep teams of both companies
  • Collaborate with the other global regions to share best practices and communicate ideas, issues and sales strategies.
  • Manage co-op advertising and digital marketing programs to maximize promotion and minimize cost at assigned account
  • Drive POS sales with Regional Sales Manager and Distribution Sales Managers by communicating and monitoring account specific plans
  • Drive opportunities submitted in SFDC for assigned accounts to wins by removing obstacles and identifying keys to obtaining the win
  • Establish and execute promotional and digital marketing plans for assigned accounts


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years key account sales, product marketing or product management experience in the electronic components industry
  • Business software skills (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred; MBA a plus
  • Experience with switches, sub-miniature, or electro-mechanical product a plus

Au sein du service Fabrication de notre site de Dole (400 salariés), nous recherchons un(e) Responsable d’Atelier Assemblage – Poste en CDI.

Enjeux et mission : 

Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences dans un environnement à taille humaine et désirez travailler de manière transversale tant avec les équipes techniques que la production tout en ayant à terme du management direct ?

Votre rôle dans un premier temps sera d’être responsable de différents projets tels que l’amélioration continue (BPHI, QRQC), d’assister le Responsable Production Switches sur la gestion des équipes et du planning, d’acquérir les connaissances de nos produits et de nos processus pour pouvoir à terme prendre la responsabilité de l’Atelier Assemblage.

Vos principales missions sont :

  • Assister la gestion de production : répondre aux besoins du service logistique en termes de capacités 
  • Assister le pilotage du Processus Opérationnel de l’unité et des équipes 
  • Participer à l’amélioration technique des différents secteurs (optimisation des flux, optimisation de l’espace)
  • Mettre en œuvre l’amélioration continue afin de progresser en qualité et d’assurer une meilleure satisfaction client (suivi des QRQC, Bonnes Pratiques Humaines et industrielles - BPHI)
  • Manager les équipes 
  • Assurer la communication inter-équipes et les relations interservices 
  • Participer aux recrutements, proposer des formations, gérer la polyvalence, conduire les entretiens d’évaluation
  • Etre responsable du respect des règles et procédures de l’entreprise.

Profil:

Formation Initiale & Complémentaire(s) :

F/H vous êtes issu(e) de formation Bac + 2 ou supérieure en mécanique de précision et/ou génie mécanique et/ou électronique.
Plus que le diplôme nous privilégions l'expérience issue du "terrain".

Expériences & Compétences Requises :

  • Vous avez entre 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe direct et en management transversal;
  • Vous connaissez le domaine de la mécanique.

Qualités Requises :

  • Vous savez travailler en équipe et savez communiquer de manière positive;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux (se), organisé(e);
  • Vous avez l’esprit d’analyse ;
