Position Overview: 

Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales funnel growth and design wins with all existing and new customers within their responsible geographies and segments. Sales Manager will work closely with direct or POS customers as well as distributor branch office sales personnel to win all opportunities through all channels. Sales Manager may also be assigned responsibilities to manage focused segments to maximize design win growth in accordance with corporate strategy. Main market: Industrial.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute short range and long-range sales strategies for customer base expansion and sales funnel/win growth
  • Drive new business opportunities through direct customer accounts and distribution channels
  • Work closely with Segmentation Managers at Corporate to ensure we execute coherent global segment focus strategies
  • Work closely with Technical Solutions Managers to provide right product solutions at reasonable prices to customers
  • Work to meet or exceed monthly funnel win budgets
  • Ongoing interaction and direct interface with customers, sales representatives and distributors is required
  • Provide weekly customer visit reports to Regional Sales Director
  • Attend weekly regional sales meetings to discuss progress and challenges on new opportunities

Skills Required to Perform a Role:

  • Bachelors Degree level or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of combined experience in sales
  • Experience working with electronic or electromechanical components or subassemblies is required (eg., connectors, power supplies, cable assemblies, switches, electronic components, semi-conductor,…)
  • Thorough knowledge of OEM markets in the electronic field is required. Experience in one or several of the following markets will be a plus: Server, datacom, medical, automotive, computer, industrial or military markets a plus
  • Must be knowledgeable in all sales channels: direct, rep and distribution
  • Experience with a global product portfolio is essential to success in this role
  • Excellent communication skills required for interaction internally and externally. Must speak English fluently
  • Must be literate with computer use, with good skills in software such as Excel, Power-point and sales information IT systems (Salesforce e.g)

Enjeux et mission : 

En relation avec le Responsable BE Mécanisation, les chefs de projets et les référents techniques de l’automatisme et du montage, votre rôle sera de concevoir et mettre à disposition les dossiers de plans des équipements confiés, notamment les machines d’assemblage manuelles, semi-automatiques et automatiques. Pour cela, vos missions sont les suivantes : 

  • Analyser une spécification technique et concevoir une structure mécanique ;
  • Animer des réunions et groupes de travail ;
  • Contrôler les étapes de réalisation et les résultats ;
  • Garantir la mise à jour de la base de données technique en temps réel ;

Profil:

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un BTS CPI-Conception de Produits industriels avec une dominante micromécanique ou d’un BTS CIM-Conception Industriel Microtechnique ou d’un DUT Génie Mécanique - Une  licence serait un plus.

Expériences & Compétences requises :

  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en conception de machines spéciales ;
  • Vous devez maitriser un logiciel 3D (CREO est un plus);
  • Vous devez connaitre la micromécanique ;
  • Vous avez des notions de pneumatique et en automatisme.

Enjeux et mission : 

Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences dans un environnement à taille humaine et désirez travailler de manière transversale tant avec les équipes techniques que la production tout en ayant à terme du management direct ?

Votre rôle dans un premier temps sera d’être responsable de différents projets tels que l’amélioration continue (BPHI, QRQC), d’assister le Responsable Production Switches sur la gestion des équipes et du planning, d’acquérir les connaissances de nos produits et de nos processus pour pouvoir à terme prendre la responsabilité de l’Atelier Assemblage.

Job Description: 

  • Drive the growth revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and boost profitability

Responsibilities

  • Manage all account activities that are necessary to protect the interests of the business and maintain and grow sales;

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Global Product Manager (GPM), is responsible for the overall management and profitable sales of the products under their responsibility. This includes (but is not limited to) the creation and maintenance of a Global product strategy by product family, management of the price list for their products, providing price support to sales, successful introduction of new products, management of product changes and discontinuations, meeting minimum margin requirements set by the company, and growth in global sales. They also are required to maintain a high level of market and competitor knowledge relating to their products.

TYPICAL DUTIES

  • Global product strategy by family & product plan by series
    • Create and maintain a global product strategy for each product family under their responsibility.
    • This strategy should include an overview of the competitive landscape (competitor, parts, market pricing, applications, TAM, SAM and other relevant data points to formulate a product plan).
    • Analysis of our competitors strengths weaknesses, opportunities and threats
    • Analysis of new technologies and new suppliers who could impact C&K sales for this product family.
    • Analysis of market trends that could impact product sales
    • The strategy should also include a minimum of a 3 year product plan for each product series including new product introductions, product changes and discontinuations, and a projection of costs, sales and margin for the next 3 years.
    • Work with the Associate Product Manager to ensure the strategy & plan are followed
  • Identification and release of new products
    • Identify potential opportunities in the market where C&K can successfully release new products
    • Complete all required market research and provide justification to the Director, GPM as to why C&K should release a new product
    • Liaise with Engineering and Global Sourcing to conduct a complete make vs buy analysis
    • Ensure the published NPI Process is followed, and that product launches are on time, and on budget/cost
    • Support & train Technical Solution Managers to ensure the NPI is released effectively.
    • Provide all data and marketing collateral to ensure the NPI is released effectively.
    • Monitor sales, margin, inventory and the opportunity funnel relating to the NPI for 18 months after the product release and report monthly on the current $ sales, GM%, customer backlog, distributor inventory and new opportunities for these products.
    • Identify and report improvements required to the process to make future product releases more successful.
  •  Attain specific short and long term sales and margin objectives through the development and execution of product line vision 
  • Responsible for product line profit and loss. Lead a multi-functional ‘product business line team’ (engineering, manufacturing, planning, purchasing) to drive product related issues that effect revenue, margin and customer satisfaction 
  • Prepare and conduct product sales training to sales and distribution channels 
  • Develops and recommends new price actions, identifies changes to functional requirements and responds to changing market, operational, quality, legal or competitive issues affecting product line
  • Set global pricing for standard product offerings (book prices), coordinate special prices and work with pricing group on contracts 
  • Identifies the need for Product Change Notices and Product Discontinues Notices, and works with the Associate Product Manager to implement these. 
  • Work with Marcom team for product catalog content and sales collateral
  • Travel to strategic customers to build relationships, understand their future needs and help close large opportunities. Up to 30% travel required – includes international travel.
  • Working with Industry Managers, provides input to long range strategic planning process by proposing and identifying opportunities, market trends, target market, pricing and market strategies, appropriate sales channel, support needs, capital requirements, delivery intervals, manufacturing schedules and expected financial results for specific product or product family

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline. MBA a plus 
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management. Experience in sub-miniature electro-mechanical components is highly desirable 
  • Strong PC skills, Excel experience a must 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent interpersonal skills; excellent presentation skills. Vertical and horizontal communication skills are key to keeping stakeholders informed and executing positive results
  • Business skills and knowledge of global market assessment, product specifications, product development, competitive analysis, pricing development, forecasting, marketing communication planning/tactics and financial analysis

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of the C&K sales organization, the Customer Care Representative will assist the Inside Sales Department and perform various order entry and administrative functions. This position reports to the Global Customer Care Manager.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS

  • Manage all OEM customer purchase orders and change orders daily.
  • Expedite any delivery improvement requests from distributors and OEMs with factory.
  • Go onto customer’s portals to download and update orders, upload ASN’s and view demand.

  • Provide order status information to sales team upon request.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Trade Compliance Manager, the Logistics Supervisor is responsible for making sure all materials are shipped and received in the most efficient manner possible, as well as managing all traffic and logistics operations for the Waltham, MA locations.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining process documentation and work instructions
  • Responsible for the accurate processing of materials that coming from manufacturing to stock as well as materials coming from manufacturing to be shipped to the end customers
  • Ensures accurate and timely shipment of materials from stock to C&K’s end customers
  • Oversees maintenance for all shipping and receiving areas
  • Serves as contact person to all freight companies that C&K enters into agreements with and negotiates all freight contracts
  • Serve as contact person for Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance and Sales on all freight and traffic issues
  • Manages relationship with all external distribution centers serving C&K’s manufacturing sites
  • Ensures export documentation complies with all current customs requirements
  • Provides technical support to colleagues at global manufacturing sites
  • Occasionally responsible for lifting and/or moving heavy material.
