John Boucher – Chief Executive Officer
John Boucher is the Chief Executive Officer of C&K. He is responsible for all aspects of the C&K business including growth, financial performance, product development and customer satisfaction. Boucher has over 30 years of experience leading global companies within the hi-tech electronics manufacturing and services segment, most recently having served as President and CEO of ModusLink. Before joining ModusLink, he served as Partner, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Symbotic LLC. Boucher also worked at Celestica Corporation, where he held a number of executive level positions including, EVP Global Sales and Solutions and President of Americas Operations. John also spent nine years as a founding team member building Manufacturers Services Ltd. where he was the executive for global operations and supply chain.
Scott Smith – Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Scott is responsible for driving revenue growth across C&K’s global organization. He leads the company’s global sales, marketing, channel, and customer success teams in an effort to increase market share, expand brand awareness and improve customer satisfaction. With over 30 years of experience, Scott previously served as Chief Executive Officer of precision engineering and manufacturing company Beyonics International Pte Ltd., executive positions, including Chief Commercial Officer at Moduslink Global Solutions, Managing Director for European Operations and Global SVP of Sales for electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company Celestica Corporation, President of Lenovo Americas, as well as leadership positions in North America, South America, and Asia during his 22 year tenure at IBM.
Tom Schultz – Chief Financial Officer
Tom Schultz serves as the Chief Financial Officer of C&K. In this role, he leads C&K’s financial team handling the company’s audit, tax and treasury functions. Schultz has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance positions at international companies. Before joining the company, he served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for CoActive Technologies. Schultz was also the CFO at tedrive Holding BV, a private equity owned subsidiary of Visteon’s Global Chassis and Powertrain Business Unit with revenues more than $700m. He graduated in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Bonn, Germany.
Phillip Gerard – Global Channels
Phillip Gerard is the Vice President of Sales and Global Channels Director. He has over 30 years of combined experiences in all areas of sales including sales leadership, field engineering management, product management and marketing. Before joining C&K, Phillip was the Americas Channel Sales Director for the world’s largest connector manufacturer where he managed a $1B channel. Phillip is engaged with all aspects of C&K’s global distribution network and serves as regional executive for Americas. Phillip studied finance at Northeastern University and is a member of the board of directors of the Electronic Component Industry Association (ECIA).
William Xu – VP of Global Business Development
William Xu is the global head of business development for C&K. He is responsible for driving new sales revenue for the company as well as overseeing the performance of our regional APAC business unit. Xu has 21 years of international experience in manufacturing and management and in also holds the position of General Manager with Qualipac, Huhtamaki and ITT Cannon. William holds an MBA in Operations from the University of Colorado and a BSEE from the Central China University of Science & Technology.
Bruno Prevot – Global Operations
Bruno Prevot is the Vice President of Global Operations. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Prevot leads the factory operations, supply chain, information technology and quality worldwide. Bruno most recently held sales leadership, product management, business development, strategic marketing – including M&A – positions at General Electric. Prevot holds an MBA from Lyon Business School in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University US Pennsylvania.
Jeremy Hebras – VP Global Development and Product Management
Jeremy Hebras is C&K’s Worldwide R&D Director and Product Management Leader. He is responsible for the development of the company’s product portfolio, both from an organic growth and new development standpoint. It includes product management and road maps, project management, CAD and numeric simulation, related industrial processes development, tech documentation administration and coordinating the efforts of all of C&K’s R&D centers. Jeremy previously successfully developed new programs with new international car makers at VALEO, an automotive technology firm, and accounts. He has a Mechanical engineering degree from the UTBM University of Technology, located in France, and specializes in concept creation processes.
Jerome Brochot – Global Quality Director
Jerome Brochot is the Global Quality Director of C&K. He is responsible for coordinating all activities in terms of Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Brochot has over 25 years of experience in Quality, both in the Industry in companies like PARKEON (formerly SCHLUMBERGER) or SANFORD, and as a third party auditor to international standards, for LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance). Jerome is also highly experienced in Six Sigma, and as such is a certified Master Black Belt.
