Successful candidate will be experienced with:

  • Managing, coaching and engaging a technical engineering staff with varied skills and experience
  • High level proficiency in ProEngineer, injection molded part design and metal stamping
  • New product development for demanding electro-mechanical industries, i.e. automotive, industrial

General Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Manage the team’s component and assembly drawings using ProEngineer and a product data management system, i.e. ENOVIA
  • Partner with IT to support the R&D department software and hardware needs
  • Oversight of the team’s preparation of diverse projects using C&K and industry standards such as UL, ENEC, MIL STD
  • Work closely with customers to present new concepts and resolve technical issues and/or provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure legacy product performance knowledge is fed forward into new product development
  • Work with engineering senior management in the development of the long term technical methods and tools needed for predictive reliability engineering that is aligned to the corporate strategy
  • Work with project team to design innovative products within a formalized Stage Gate system
  • Analyze new designs and critique for DFM, and industry standards, material requirements, etc.
  • Coach staff in periodic development planning and in daily tasks/activities
  • Responsible for unique /high level projects requiring a combination of technical depth and project management skills
  • Develop the engineering talent to become subject matter experts in contact theory and predictive reliability methods/tools
  • Create a succession plan supporting future leaders in Development Engineering
  • Provide direction to a team of up to 6 design engineers, and CAD designers
  • Responsible for performance management and all other personnel management activities with management approval
  • Work with Human Resources to maintain the R&D Co-Op program


  • BSME required
  • Proficient knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability DFM
  • Ability to organize and multi task with attention to detail
  • 5+ years creating parts, assemblies, and detailed drawings in ProEngineer
  • Experience in Windchill PDM a plus
  • Knowledgeable of Automotive APQP and PPAP processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Reliable, accurate and timely communication of deliverables to Sr. Management
  • Strong Electro Mechanical Design background
  • Experience managing in a test lab environment a plus
  • Proficiency in the design of plastic molded parts and connectors

Position Overview:

Maximize C&K sales, profits and market share growth in the respective geographic market.  Manage and motivate independent manufacturer’s rep firms and distributors through a process of support and advocacy, goals setting, collaborative customer visits and reviews.  The position reports to VP of Sales and General Manager, Americas.

Typical Duties:

  • Work closely with all necessary departments at top OEMs to build influential relationships with the intent of providing differentiated switch and supply chain solutions at the lowest total cost of ownership.
  • Support global business that is influenced in the region of responsibility through collaboration nationally and internationally.
  • Provide detailed technical and commercial qualification for new business opportunities to allow C&K to assess feasibility of and desire to pursue the opportunity. Build business case to pursue business opportunity
  • Document sales opportunities and ensure frequent updates in CRM. Develop a high quality pipeline with high closure rate.
  • Manage price quotes in conjunction with Inside Sales counterpart. Ensure timely response, appropriate follow up and closure of price quotes. Manage annual contract price negotiations
  • Perform higher level technical discoveries and provide technical support at Customers with rep and distribution sales personnel in conjunction with the Technical Solutions Manager.
  • Ensure C&K’s timely response to any request by Customer, Rep or Distributor
  • Coordinate trade show field activities, providing input on show effectiveness and future selection, scheduling sales coverage of both during show, and monitoring lead follow up efforts.
  • Motivate, manage and support independent rep firms
    • Mutually develop and implement business plans
    • Communicate C&K goals and objectives
    • Manage daily distribution activities through rep including implantation of corporate programs as defined by Director, Global Channel Sales
    • Coordinate training
    • Make joint account calls to key Clients regardless of fulfillment model
    • Conduct business reviews to assess overall performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business or Engineering (MBA Preferred) or equivalent business experience
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving growth rates substantially above market regardless of market conditions
  • Up to 75% travel required – may include international travel

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement au sein du service Finances de notre site de Dole (400 salariés), nous recherchons un(e) Comptable fiscaliste.

Principales Missions :

  • Assister le responsable comptable dans tous les travaux de clôture, de consolidation et de reporting réalisés pour l'ensemble des activités du groupe en France, ainsi que dans le suivi des obligations fiscales. Clôture mensuelle en normes US GAAP (Formation possible sur l’US GAAP) ;
  • Assurer l'enregistrement d'opérations comptables complexes dans le respect des normes comptables, fiscales et sociales en vigueur ;
  • Produire les comptes sociaux : liasse et déclarations fiscales, annexe, intégration fiscale, dossier de prévention des difficultés des entreprises ;
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire comptable et fiscale.

Profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d’un DSCG ou équivalent et disposez d’au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en comptabilité générale, consolidation et fiscalité.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’analyse et de synthèse. Vous savez vous montrer disponible, vous faites preuve d’un bon relationnel avec un bon esprit d'équipe et êtes autonome. Enfin, vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement international complexe.

Bon niveau d’anglais impératif. La pratique de l’allemand est un plus.

  • BSME preferred (or other applicable Associates degree + experience)
  • 5+ years developing new concepts, creating parts and assemblies, in ProEngineer,
  • Experience with data management system, ENOVIA and Stage Gate Process
  • Experience using ENOVIA and Windchill PDM a plus
  • Knowledge of Automotive APQP and PPAP processes
